Makara Peak Mountain Bike Park Supporters

The mission of the supporters is to create a world class mountain bike park, with dual use (cycling and walking) tracks for all levels of rider, in a restored native forest. Objectives to achieve this mission include:

• To facilitate and encourage mountain bike riding in Makara Peak Mountain Bike Park

• To develop and maintain mountain bike tracks for riders of all levels of ability

• To protect and enhance the restoration of native flora and fauna in the Park

• To co-ordinate volunteer activities to develop and maintain facilities in the Park.
